Finally, after some deliberation and all the trauma , I have decided to call it a day with the new company that I just joined 2 months back.

That very moment when I drop the news, it felt like I had a huge burden off my back. Those conversations that I had with my immediate superior was nothing short of mind blowing. His flawed and illogical thinking and handling of things just made my decision to leave the TOXIC environment a right move.

Always be prepared to walk away from the job if you don’t feel appreciated or taken for a ride
